Hi All,
I just started the 6WBMO on Sunday. I'm 48 and have 40 to 50 lbs to lose. (It's been so long since I have been thin I don't know what weight I am shooting for!) I am a scale addict so I have weighed myself everyday and I am down 5 lbs in 3 days so that is very encouraging and will probably keep me honest for a while longer.
I gotta say though - the food is terrible!!! I'm doing the Rapid Result this week and I don't like white meat poultry, tuna, grapefruit, or mixed berries (this time of year they are really sour) and going without fat, salt and dairy is torturous for me! So forgive me if I get a little whiney.
My husband and I are going to Bonaire in February and I would like to be in a size 10 by then so this is calling for drastic measures. After that I can slow down and get on a more reasonable diet.
So I am curious - for those who have been on the diet for the entire 6 weeks - how did you do? Deb in NC
