  • I have decided not to rush my dr.s appt. and keep my November one, unless something else bizarre happens. This is the reason. I went from 195lbs in 2012 to 292 lbs in 2013. That's when my periods pretty much stopped. My body may have been reacting to what I did to it with the almost 100lb. gain in a years time. I am taking this 1 day at a time and trying to listen to my body. My 2nd period lasted 1 week. Thank you all for your concern. The people on this site are so warm and caring. Wish we all lived close and could have weekly support meetings.

  • Well....not happy to say this, but I just started another period. It's the 3rd one in 6 weeks so I am on the phone making an appt. right now. Not happy about this at all.
  • Coming in late but hoping to get off 3.5 pounds by September 22!

    aug 11- 150.6 lost 2.2 total 7.8
    aug 18 - 149.6 lost 1.0 total 8.8 happy with the results so far!
    Sept 1 - 147.0 lost 2.6 total 11.1 !

  • Yeah still 226. I went down to 224 during the weekend but went back up. lol I was busy this weekend at the flea market selling wears. So just shows me I need to get moving more.
