Have been a busy bee again today, up early and did Tae Bo, just put the tape on to see how much of it I could do, did the whole thing, am so impressed with myself

Went for a stroll at lunchtime and then a serious walk tonight - the 2.8 mile route, took about 40 minutes.
My muscles are starting to protest about all the hard work of this week, it will be worth it though.

i was a little liar yesterday i did'nt exercise
so i walked 4 miles today to make up for it a bit while i watched Shaft i should try and schedule it so i'm watching an action movie everytime because once the fighting starts and the guns come out my little legs go like the clappers..you would think they were after me
i have'nt tried Helen's exercises yet but i will today after reading Chris's post (jogged my memory) funny how the important things in life like exercise slip your mind is'nt it?
