I'm going for 22 days of exercise in October.
10/1 = Day Off
10/2 = Day Off (My birthday)
10/3 = Day Off
10/4 = 30 minute bike ride
10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do)
10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it)
10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike
10/8 = 30 minutes stationary bike (yay for intense biking and finally getting back into it!)
10/9 = Day Off (so much for getting back into the exercise...)
10/10 = Day Off (I'm doing so good at NOT exercising at the moment)
10/11 = 32 minutes stationary bike
10/12 = Day Off (bleh
10/13 = 35 minutes treadmill (20 min total jogging, 15 min total walking)
10/14 = 25 minutes treadmill (20 min jogging, 5 min walking)
10/15 = 2 x 20 (ish) minute walks
10/16 = Day Off
10/17 = Day Off (silly weekends getting in the way)
10/18 = 30 minutes stationary bike, 15 minutes rowing machine
10/19 = 1 hour Zumba
10/20 = Day Off
10/21 = 2 x 20 minute walks (not sure if I should actually count these...but it was what I was going for as exercise)
10/22 = 30 minutes stationary bike
10/23 = Day Off (but did walk around all day shopping...not counting it)
10/24 = Day Off
10/25 = Day Off
10/26 = 1 hour Zumba
10/27 = 40 minutes treadmill (30 mins nonstop jogging, 10 min fast walking)
10/28 = 45 minutes treadmill (35 mins nonstop jogging, 10 min fast walking)
10/29 = 20 minutes stationary bike
10/30 = Day Off
10/31 = Day Off
Didn't make my goal of 22 workouts, only did 16! Not a great effort but I made some pretty good achievements fitness-wise this month so I am not too disappointed. I think I'm going to set a more reasonable goal for November that suits me better.
