That is awesome JStuckly! I too have just restarted the program but this time doing it at home. I remember seeing your posts when I was successfully following program back in 2008! Good luck to you! We've done it once, we can do it again!!

I start the MRC plan this Thursday...I have read other posts where people are getting the "drinks" from other sites instead of paying the 7 packets for $12. Are they the exact same thing? Do you get the same results? My Sister wants to do the plan with me, but not have the upfront fees so I was hoping she could get the supplements and drinks from another website/vendor. What do you think? If I get double the amount all the time will I get into trouble? Is there a discount for signing family up?

I don't think the center would object to you buying more, they would probably like the extra cash flow. But if your sister wants to save money it may be better for her to order from the other sites....I haven't tried them yet but have heard through this forum that they are exactly the same. Does anyone have an idea of which ones are the same?

On Dietdirect.com the Proti is exactly the same as MRC HNS, I took out both Kiwi concentrates from the Proti box and MRC box and the bags were exactly the same, same numbering codes etc...if you have purchased the vanilla wafers from MRC you will see that they are wrapped in a Proti label...

JSTUCKLY & 1 Thinner Me....I too am doing this on my own from home and I have to say it is a little harder I think. I love this site for support and encouragement though. This is my second time around as well....made it so far last time but didnt make it to stabalization like I should of....but gonna do it right this time. First 4 days were good for me was down 4lbs. I haven't weighed myself again yet...I only like to do once a week and Friday is my day of choice.

I officially started the plan yesterday and have a weight loss buddy I met on here. She and I decided that Wed. & Sat. would be good days to weigh in. So I am excited to say that I weigh 196.4lbs. That is a 3.6lbs!! It's probably a lot of water weight but I'll take it! It's the kind of loss I needed to see to keep me going. I have an agressive goal to be 190lbs by the end of January. Only 6.4lbs till I reach my mini goal!!
