but are you getting enough fiber. i just know for me, if i dont have regular bowel movements on a daily basis, the undigested foods adds "weight" to my weight!
i think what you're doing is great, if you're working out hard, thats good that you've upped your calorie intake. i heard that sometimes your body just needs time to adjust to the new weight and recalibrate, and then you will see a drop. the changes that are happening inside your body for a weight loss wont show up as fast on the scale, but if you're eating healthy and exercising, it will show eventually!
