I'm in for recommitment! I recently lost 35 pounds through exercise and healthy eating. I went through a 4 year cycle where I went from 130 to 181 pounds. I was really miserable and just hated myself and my life. So I changed it. I moved to Beijing to teach English to Kindergartners and even though it was the hardest change I've ever had in my life, it was also the best change I could have imagined. I reached a point after about 2 months here where I knew I had to do something to change myself or my life would never change, no matter where I was. So I did something about it. I started exercising everyday and eating good foods. I've lost 35 pounds since June. I've hit kind of a lull and am dealing with some binge eating, but I'm not going to let it get me down and the scale up. So. I'm recommitting and getting back on track right now. I've done too much hard work to let it go. I've been eating 1600 calories a day and running about 50-60 minutes 5 days a week. I had a run in with mono, so that threw me off track, but I'm doing a lot better and I'm just ready to get serious again.

So here I go. Oh, and my name is Julie. I'm 27. My current weight is 145. I started at 181, so I'm really happy. My goal is 135. I know I can do it. It just takes work and consistency. And I can do both. Here I go!
