  • Well I think last time I was here I was not ready to honestly make the commitment I needed.. well I am back and already have exercise for june to add!

    my goal for month of June is 600 minutes.

    so far Since June first I have done 120. I am doing the Super fat Burning Walk Away The Pounds Video.. and Let me tell u.. it should count double..lol

    Group total ~6581 + 120 =6701

    Group 6701 + 440 for me = 7141 New Group Total
  • Total today = 90
    Personal total = 940/1200

    Group total = 7141 + 90 = 7231
  • I'm so sick...Andrew & I went to a park today, and walked a bit.
    60 mins swimming yesterday.
    30 mins walking today.

    7,231 + 90 = 7,321
  • 80 mins of walking yesterday:

    7321 + 80 = 7401
  • 1/2 cardio 1/2 weights
    7401 + 110 = 7511
  • Hi, I am back from my Grand Canyon/Sedona vacation with exercise minutes to report. In total I am estimating I walked 135 minutes during my vacation.

    GROUP TOTAL 7,511 + 135 = 7,646
  • Usual morning walk ~ 20min.


    Group Total ~ 7646 + 20 = 7666
  • Personal Total: 730/1200

    Group Total: 7666 + 30 = 7696

    40 minutes for me, combined yesterday and today. I still haven't missed a day in June. My goal may be low, but for once I AM GOING TO DO IT!!!!

  • 75 minutes treadmill

    group total~ 7736 + 75 = 7811

    personal total - 635/1200
  • 35 min walk outside and later 35 min on the elliptical

    Group total ~ 7811 + 70 = 7881 min
  • hi add 3 hours for me; today's & yesterday's, lol!
    GROUP TOTAL 7,881+180=8,061(I think?)
