Hi everyone! it has been awhile since I have logged on. Nice to see both familiar and new faces. Julu- sorry for your loss

I have made some good strides in my career while away, but the eating has gone downhill. October was the month of cake, donuts, and fundraiser chocolate bars. Very bad. I have been staying within 171-174 range, but today I was 175 and I feel stomachachy. So it is time to stop messing around. This week, I am cutting out those sweets, increasing water, and making half of my meals veggies. Next week, it is back to counting points. I have an incentive planned to buy myself a cute yoga mat when I am under 170.

straightahead - Oh those fundraiser chocolate bars. My son has been selling those this month too and I've eaten more than my fair share of them. In fact, I had a dark almond bar last night! I had enough points left for it though and after the brutal zumba class I endured I figured I deserved it I love my zumba, but last night was rough.

My weigh in today was 240.4 and, considering it was 242.2 yesterday, I'm happy with that. I'm still not back to my lowest weight in from last week, but eventually I'll see 238 again. I'm so close to that 100 pounds lost mark. I can't wait to pass that up and head for my next goal of getting under 200!
