I'm just discouraged right now, I guess. I feel like I need a change. I also am feeling guilty about spending $40 a month on WW especially now when we don't know when my husband will be allowed to go back to work. So I will take the next couple days and think about it.
Whatever I do, I am determined to get to my goal weight. That hasn't changed. I am not giving up.



What I really struggle with is sodium - it seems like everything is high in sodium. And I know, I know, eating whole foods and so on is low in sodium, but WW works for me because I'm busy and I need to be able to just grab something quick.
