  • Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Thursday-- walked 3 miles with my Buddy.
  • Friday - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes on treadmill.
