I'll be joining in this thread next week, with vigor!!

I have taken a week off exercise b/c my husband was home visiting (he's in GA while we're in NY while he attends flight school and we get things in order up here to sell our house and move). I've gotten 3 good nights of cardio in this week, though..

I am doing Slim in Six and am going to be re-doing my 2 weeks of Ramp It Up before I move on to Burn It Up (the final 3 weeks).

After I will be concentrating on Winsor Pilates!

I try to do Yoga daily, too.

Default i am new but not for long...

Hello ! I am so glad I found this website !
I walked 30 min. on my Gazelle and then I did a work out on the hubby's weight machine I did 5 reps 5 times each. I did all the different exercises on the list. Dawna

am currently raking the yard and cleaning up the flower beds. 60 degrees and sunny!

So far this week I have done five hours of water aerobics. Two hours Tues, two hours Thurs, and I got my butt out of bed for the 10:15am class today. This exercise thing is pretty groovy. I've noticed increased flexibility already, after about a month of doing at least two hours a week. I'm ordering more swim clothing (right now I wear a tank top and shorts over my swimsuit, but I can get into it again!) tonight, I bought a membership at the community center for unlimited use of the pool and facilities, and I might start going every day for class. I feel really positive about myself right now!!!

M,T,W,T and saturday i did the 2mile WATP w/weights and today i did the 3mile WATP tape w/weights!!!!!! I am sooo proud of myself. Excuse my vanity but im the couch potato!!! It wasnt that long ago the 1 mile kicked my butt and today i did the 3!!!!!! Im soaking wet with sweat but it really wasnt that bad. I cant believe i actually did it 6 days this week. WOOO HOOOO

Valerie, Way to go. I just went up to the 2mile this week with WATP. I don't use weights as I have joint issues with all the extra weight I carry. Before I slid downhill last fall I was up to the 3ml. Hopefully in the next couple weeks. Right now the 2 is enough. But again congrats.
