I have taken a week off exercise b/c my husband was home visiting (he's in GA while we're in NY while he attends flight school and we get things in order up here to sell our house and move). I've gotten 3 good nights of cardio in this week, though..
I am doing Slim in Six and am going to be re-doing my 2 weeks of Ramp It Up before I move on to Burn It Up (the final 3 weeks).
