  • Wed: walked 2 miles on the treadmill, still not feeling well, this stomach/intestinal thing really hangs on....
  • Thursday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    I will be doing my Ab scissor tomorrow & going to the gym on Saturday.

    Hi there:

    I haven't owned it very long, so it's too soon to say. Today is just my 5th time on it, but I do feel as if my abs are getting tighter already. I really think it will work! I did before/after pics. & measurements. I am going to re-measure and take other pics. the end of March, if you want to check back. I will either be complaining about it or bragging about it (ha).

  • Friday: Ab Scissor - 2 minutes, 40 seconds.
  • 2 mile WATP tape with 1 lb weights instead of 2. This is my first time doing the 2 mile...whew!!! Its not as easy as walking around the neigborhood!!
  • Friday
    2.5 mile walk today.

  • Well, I posted earlier today, or so I thought..but I don't see it!

    Monday- already posted
    Tuesday-35 minute workout at home and then a great workout at class
    Wednesday- only 28 minutes step aerobics
    Thursday- 4 mile WATP tape and class, which was only "okay"
    Friday-Nothing
    Saturday- Does rollerskating count,lol?
    Sunday- 45 minutes of my "own"(cardio) workout followed by some hand weight(8 #'s) moves and situps
