Holy-I too could eat pizza daily..lol. Had there not been so many people here eating I probably would have eaten more.
Jen-You are doing great! Alot better than i would be doing with a chaotic schedule and a child starting school.
You all have something I don't ...determination! I am so dissapointed in myself. I just started back dieting and exercising a week ago and already I've messed up atleast twice now. I'm so scared that Monday when I weigh in the scale will be back up to 170 pounds, which was where I was a week ago. I am so sick of losing and gaining back the same 10 pounds. Does this vicious cycle ever end?! I'm not trying to bring any of you down or want pity. I just want all the chaos and crap to end for awhile already so I can concentrate on me and what I want and what i'm trying to accomplish. I think we all have a habit of putting ourselves last and taking on more than we can handle. I have anyway. Sorry gals...I'm just a little frustrated. I planned this weekend so differently in my mind. I was going to eat healthy, exercise, and not let temptations get the best of me.
I'll make it. I appreciate all of you. It's nice to have others who understand and have been through the same. Your positive words really help.
My W.E.E.D. for today:
W-32
E- 30 minutes on the bike
E- stay within my 1200 cals with lots of protein.
D-Stay strong and stay postivie.

Wink

Wow, with school starting this week, I really have not had time to get here. I have been working late, trying to get lesson plans done. Next week should be better since I will start to get my planning times. I have been getting in my workouts and eating good. I was back down to 208 today. Today I did the 5k race. I walked the first 1/2 mile with my friend and then did my wogging. I finished in 42 min. D*** good. My first one I did in 46. 4 min faster. Hey, hey!!

My DD entered a karaoke contest on Thurs. She won 3rd place and gets to go back tonight and sing (about 15 min) in between sets at the Duane Spaw concert. Should be a big crwod and a lot of fun. She is excited. She also won 50 dollars. So we are having a busy day.

So many people to catch up with so I'll do it quick.
Jeni- Will they change your kindergartens? We're already looking to add a teacher. Hope it's me and soon.

holy- good job planning that food.

grazer- Take care. Feel better.

Jelly- I am reading "Thin for Life". The "Masters" all said they messed up along the way. The difference is that when they did, they got right back on track. They didn't wait till the next day, but fixed it right now. Everyone messes up . Don't worry, just get right back on track.

Gotta run now.
See ya all later.

WTG mtiger Jellybean don't stress over it....we are all fighting a certain amount of weight that likes to fluctuate. I've been fighting with 20 lbs or so for the last 2 years. I'm fighting with them again at the moment. Life likes to get in the way a lot. I just have to organize and set a daily pattern. I keep trying to do so many things at once and it always kicks me in the hind end.

Today is breakfast burrito day. DH will go to my favorite mexican restaurant and pick up breakfast burritos. If i can push the water all day long and a workout in later I should be ok foodwise

JB- I've been battling to get to 150 forever! I usually hover between 158-160Life is hectic for me too. I've been trying to get up earlier for work so I can get my exercise in the for the day. Sometimes I walk at luch time and I know I feel better when I eat well and don't over eat. What I've learned from this thread is to forgive myself if I screw up and move on.

MTig- WTG on 5K. 42 minutes is pretty brisk!

JCAt- Hope you're having a good day at work.

HolyT- How's the back?

Well, yesterday a.m my two kids ended up with that nasty bug. Gross me out. Then I started feeling lousy on top of TOM. Geez, what a weekend I didn't have! I'm only now getting back on my feet and wobbley at that.

good luck on your w/i HolyT!

So these nights are ok, my body is getting used to it (just in time time for my Day shift schedule).

So has anyone seen the commercial on High Fructose Corn Syrup? The corn industry is boasting how natural it is. I was a bit shocked to see it. Made me laugh.

someone may need to start the new thread tomorrow.tttttttttttm

Well the weekend is almost over and my company is gone. I'm going to miss them all terribly, but I'm ready to get to eating healthy and to have less chaos going on. We went to the fair this weekend like planned. My sister and I decided, feeling like a couple teenagers again, to ride a few rides.BIG MISTAKE...I'm still dizzy..lol.
I feel great and i'm so ready to get back on track.
Mtiger- I so need to get and read those books. If I cheat I give up and say I'll start again tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes or atleast not for a couple weeks.
Holy-Thanks for the positives!! Glad the back is doing better! I wish I had some "activites" going on around here...lol.
Grazer- 150 is my magic number too. I want to get down lower than that, but that is what I weighed in high school. I think if I can get down to that I can go all the way. Lets do it!!
I'm ready to try harder than ever to get this weight off now. I would have given up already if it weren't for you all. Your positive words and the fact that you all have and are going through the same really helps me keep going.
My W.E.E.D. for tomorrow:
W-64
E-atleast 30 minutes cardio and resistance training
E-1200 cals
D-Stays positive this week and stick to my diet and exercising.

Here is a pic of my sister and I on a ride at the fair. I'm still dizzy from it.
