Honestly... no plan worked for me... I cant do plans. If I did a plan WW would be the best for me cause its more of what I can handle.
I started out just eating healthier.. more fruits/veggies, more water, no white bread, pasta, crackers.. everything had to be wheat, lean meats, nothing fried, no junk food, if I had soda I did diet. Then I started counting calories and thats when it really started being a consistent drop every week that I stayed in my calorie range. I work out 5-6x a week too. Just started making myself get up and move more. I got a blog and it has been so helpful to me. Sometimes I think its what keeps me going.
