THANKS sooooo much i started at 250 and im down to 198 i hope to get between 125-135, ive been calorie counting i give myself between 1200-1500 a day, i dont feel deprived, i do eat a bit of "junk" but under strict portion control. i totally love special k, and 100 calorie packs and i try to get to the gym as much a possible
thank yall soo much i was really afraid that ppl wouldnt be able to tell. im just so happy that i finally have a waist again, and seeing onderland after sooooo long was awsome
