Hello ladies!! Congrats to those that have lost this last week and for those that did not...it's the start of a new week!
I did drop 3 pounds this week. I'm just happy to be lower than where I was after my 1st week! putting on the weight last week was a real bummer, but that was a motivation to get working this last week!
I did work out 60 minutes today! This weekend stunk as far as workouts go so I really had to do double the work today.
As far as
cheat days go, I think they are good every now and then. I tend to pay big time when I have one, but a cheat is needed so that you don't over indulge on a regular basis.
Who is up for a new thread since this one is kind of dated with the "September '07 Newbies"? Someone want to come up with a new thread name?
