  • Monday: 35 minutes - 2 miles
  • Monday- 4 mile WATP
  • Tuesday- 3 mile WATP
  • Monday- About 1.5 mile walk in the park.
  • Tuesday: 30 minutes of water aerobics in a VERY VERY cold pool! This may be the last time I can get in this year...I am almost numb!
  • Wedensday- 30 min strength and cardio intervals(walk n strong)
  • FRIDAY: hiked through the woods for 40 minutes.
  • Saturday: Walked the trail at the park, pushing Kaeleb in his stroller. Its over a mile, which we did in just under 30 minutes. Hilly too!
