christineu--LOL I love them. They are hard to do and get the moves perfect, and sometimes I feel as coordinated as a brick LOL but I love them. I have now done two of them, or most of two of them, some parts I just can't get ....I am working up to that. I'm concentrating on learning individual movements so. The funny thing is that I was concentrating on practicing my "snake arms" today at school and my classroom of 2-years olds were trying to do it with me LOL. I thought it was cute, but when someone walked by, I called said we were making buterfly wings. I work at a baptist church daycare LOL really not interested in telling them I am teaching the kids belly dance moves!
Let us know if you post the recipe for the Irish Soda Bread, I would love to try to make it, if I think it falls in my plan range.

Pretty much OP today, except for one reese's cup. But I had salad for lunch and grilled chicken for dinner fruit for snacks. Had my water, and about to take my third vitamin. And I got in 1 1/2 of working out between the gazelle and the belly dance workout. So a pretty good day here.
