Hello!! I'm here. I hope the others sign in..... My eating is going all right, pretty much. Last night, tho', I had a crazy case of munchies. NO MORE of that!! It's a new month so I've got to buckle down. I wish I could get a trainer--I can't even afford the gym. I just walk, that's still free!! Marion

Hello,

Way to go ladies. You are AWSOME! I need to get back in to eating right and excercising. I have fallen off. STRESS STRESS I hope it all ends soon. With the loss of my Father in law at age 54. My 8 year old has ADD or ADHD. My husband got in to some poison and his face is swallen and he can't see out of one eye. I have been so depressed. I am thinking about going to the doctor for my depression but DON'T want to be put on any meds that would help me gain weight. I am doing that on my own and need a pill to help. : ( But anyway I am glad to see others still keeping up the great work. I am going to get my self back in eating right and exrcising.

Anske, I'm sorry you're going through such a hard time. Going to see a doctor for your depression would be a very good idea. Having someone to talk things to is a big help. There are meds for depression that do NOT cause weight gain. I take Celexa. It helps and I don't gain with it--my doc knows how I feel about my weight!! Walking will help you, too. Just getting some fresh air and moving around (gently, not crazy manic thrashing around!) helps to make you feel better. Eat things like fresh fruit and veggies--the vitamins and natural sugars are healing. Fish, like salmon, is good for depression. Whole grains, too. Get enough rest and be kind to yourself. Keep posting here. I care and will help all I can, ok? Love and hugs, Marion

Well, I guess this is over. It's such a shame.
Take care ladies. I wish you all the luck in the world.
