One goal of mine was to do regular cardio... and I do and guess what? I actually enjoy it!!! Who wouda thunk!!

Hi Tiki -- Thanks for bringing this back up again... I too have had 2 bad food days... Exercise is on track tho...Thank goodness...

Tomorrow are we back on track girl? I say YES YES YES!!!! Dammit!!
