Dang! I missed posting last week, so I'm going to post now and then post again later this week to make up for it. Guess I can still say I tried my best to keep my 2008 maintenance goal.
Last week was my TOM and, as usual, my weight went up. I hate when that happens and I know I'm doing what I should be doing. I also am finding it harder and harder and harder to MAKE myself work out at the gym. Guess it's just starting to feel stale. I'm looking for something to do at the gym to mix it up that I like. I'm still going to the gym almost daily, but some days, many days, I just have to push myself to go and then make myself do whatever I can make myself do. Part of my problem might be what I count as working out. I have a stupid belief that it's not working out if I'm not sweating or pushing to lift that weight. Dumb, I know as that cuts out any walking I do on my own as I'm not sweating. Guess I really need to lighten up.
Hope everyone's week was a good one! Sun's starting to shine more, so I'm looking forward to more walks and perhaps more walks and runs to get my heart rate up.
