Sat- 1 hr at the gym. cycled 2 miles, eliptical...

Sat- 1 hr at the gym. cycled 2 miles, eliptical glide 30 min, then ran a mile. Then cycled to cool down. Followed up with upper body strength with weight machines.
Sunday- day off! Biked 4 miles...

Thurs- 55 minutes cardio (Treadmill, eliptical, then bicycle) and jumproped at noon. 3200 calories burned for the day. (1560 eaten)

Fri- cardio circuits (See Monday-lol) , jumproped after lunch....

Saturday- Ran for 30 minutes outside, then deep stretches.
Have a physical challenge at the gym at 9:30.
