So far today, cereal and apple sauce for breakfast, yogart/granola and a chicken breast for lunch, saving the rest of my calories for drinks tonight :) hehe

So I got on the scale today, and it said 128. I'm so upset :( I gained 2 lbs over Christmas week. Time to loose it- FAST.

I woke up and did the 30DS this morning. I'll do a run at the gym...

Angel I did my first day on Sunday - ahhhh! It's hard to do the second day - but I just pushed through it. I'm in even more pain today... I guess it's working :)

So it's Monday... I'm commiting myself to logging my foods and holding myself acountable for everything. That's my problem - i eat something bad, then look the other way. I'm a nanny so my lunches...

1400 - 1500 a day. and 30DS every day.

Monday: 30DS - OK with calories...
