So I got on the scale today, and it said 128. I'm so upset I gained 2 lbs over Christmas week. Time to loose it- FAST.

I woke up and did the 30DS this morning. I'll do a run at the gym tonight too, I'm really missing my running. It's okay to do some extra cardio with the work out right? I'm not over dueing it?

Honey, that is perfectly fine! Don't get down about 92 calories over. If you stick to the freedieting.com advice, it says to go up & down everyday with your calories so your body doesn't just sit at one place. Does that make sense?

Anyway, good job. I went over by a lot Sunday all the while "trying" to get back OP. I would have gladly taken your stats as opposed to mine!

Garstar: I don't think you're overdoing it. Sometimes I wonder if the 30DS is enough exercise by itself. But then I see the results & I don't have to wonder. =) Do whatever you feel you need to do. Don't go crazy & run 10 miles or something, but if you are accustomed to working out & running, then your body will work it out. Make sure you're eating enough calories & drinking plenty of water, & you should be fine.

I'm down 1.8 today but still up 3, but I know that when drinking all my water yesterday is what got rid of it, so that's what I need to keep doing. We're not doing anything for New Year's so there's no worries about eating & drinking things I don't need. Hopefully by Monday's weigh in I will be down 2 (praying for 3).

Thanks ladies, I'm going to try to do an extra cardio tomorrow -since it's new years eve and all...

I'm throwing a party - i'm a bit nervous about the food, but I'm trying to pick foods I don't like that others enjoy hehe

Breakfast:
Oatmeal and an apple

Lunch:
1 1/2 cup Mac and Cheese and a clementine

Snack:
Nature Valley Peanut Butter Granola Bar

Dinner:
Few spoon fulls of granola/yogurt
1/2 cup rice with a pinch of cheese

30DS; did it this morning when I woke up - it was awesome!

So far today, cereal and apple sauce for breakfast, yogart/granola and a chicken breast for lunch, saving the rest of my calories for drinks tonight hehe

Today was a miserable run but I've been really good with water and my calories so will see what the scale says tomorrow. I hope everyone had fun ringing in the New Year.
