2.4 today on eliptical. i have a friend training me.. she is KICKIN my butt!!! all of my limbs are wonky from weights and whatnot.. hehe she's taking me jogging tomorrow.. i will probabaly die.. lol

I ot in 2.5 yesterday.. I hope to get some miles in on teh eliptical today and tomorrow get 3 miles of running in..
