Don't feel guilty at all. Most of the fat in those products is not saturated. For example, the Morningstar Farms chicken patties - one serving is 6 grams of fat, but only 1 gram of that is saturated....

I don't usually microwave them, I 'fry' them in a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam. Firms and crunchies them up a little bit. Microwaving them makes them mushie.
