I have to say that after 4.5 weeks on IP, my typically softball sized ankles that have developed in my recent years of many extra pounds are way down. I still have the largest ankle and wrist bone...

I am heading out to mow the front lawn... this is like taking a walk, but with a bit more oomph... fortunately the mower is self propelled and the lawn is largely flat, so this is not the non IP type...
