I would think your kickboxing would count as your cardio - I wouldn't want to attempt any weighted LBWO after hitting one or more lower body 10s in case I damaged something (on me).

I don't do HIIT and weights on the same day. If I'm doing weights then I'll do some non HIIT cardio to warm up - perhaps 10 mins on stationary bike or treadmill - and then maybe another gentle 10...
