I've read that before too and always wondered and worried if my diet was way too high on the protein side, but I feel so much better when I do my way. Plus I am by no means on a ''high'' protein...

Sandy I make myself some whey protein powder shakes with soy milk and strawberries. I get my whey at GNC I get a 5lb tub for 90$ and it lasts me a very long time... I know there are some cheaper...
