Today I feel really good, I can now get back to a routine of exercise, food was good this week because I wasn't that hungry anyways...

I am down 2lbs this...

When I average 1800 calsl I gain weight and I exercise a LOT, some days twice... I try to have an intake of 1300-1500 to lose weight, any extra exercise is just gravy......

Yesterday was good and was down 2lbs, no applause, this happens every week... The trick is to keep it off through the weekend and this weekend is Canadian...

Today wasn't as good calorie wise but I was just so ravenous all day, I think it's because yesterday was leg day and I worked them pretty hard so I was needing extra food... It was all clean food but...
