I bought this can of 'Country Cabbage' before I started SBD and I was wondering if it's a 'good' thing to eat, either oh P1 or P2. It's got 0 fat, 6g carb, 3g sugar and sugar is the 3rd ingrediant on the label. Opinions??
I'm with Barb for sure! Hey, cabbage is really easy to cook, cheap and available all the time. Why not make your own and use Splenda if you think it needs sweetening?
