Default HELP!! HELP!! and MORE HELP!!!

Ok. I am going to start South Beach...bought the book today. Have questions...lots of them.

1) Can I drink Crystal Light and Fruit2O? If so, any limits?
2) I workout very hard 6 days a week (75-90 minutes), will I need some more carbs so that I do not tank during my workouts?
3) Can I have breakfast at lunch time, etc. and switch around my meals?
4) Do I have to drink the V8?

Ok, I think that covers it for now

First of all, read the book so you thoroughly understand the theory behind this plan.

Read all the stickies in the FAQ Section - this one.

Some of your questions will be answered but I'll take a stab in the meantime:

1) Can I drink Crystal Light and Fruit2O? If so, any limits? Water is better. Some chicks dilute their Crystal Lite to cut the Frankenfood aspects of it. Fruit20 is flavoured water, right? Should be OK but you must drink real water too.

2) I workout very hard 6 days a week (75-90 minutes), will I need some more carbs so that I do not tank during my workouts? On phase I, you should not be doing heavy exercising. However, you can have carbs so choose legumes.

3) Can I have breakfast at lunch time, etc. and switch around my meals?Sure!

4) Do I have to drink the V8?Well it does give you veggies. However, it is not mandatory as long as you are eating lots of other healthy veggies. See the sticky on which are best.
