Hi all! I looked and couldn't find a post with this question...so hopefully Im not being redundant!
I need extra fiber in my diet. I usually eat All Bran etc cereal, but now for the first 2 weeks I know I can't. I don't think all the veggies are going to give me the extra fiber I need....
my question - if I take fiber pills, can those in any way stunt my weight loss?
Im still really new...I start SBD tomorrow. .....I just want to be prepared if taking these pills for some reason will slow my loss a bit.

And don't forget that legumes are on the OK list for PhaseI. There's lots of fiber in the different kinds of beans.

Great thanks! first day on South beach done! I made that ricotta cheese (with unsweetened cocoa) for dessert after my lunch and it was amazing! I feel like I could live on that!
