I would suggest The South Beach Diet book. You can get at Wal-Mart. There is alot of info about it on here as well. But best to read the book. Welcome to the beach! Oh I think there is an ebook posted on here as well that hits the highlights of the plan.

Walmart does have a great price on the book. Most libraries also have it, so you can read it for free If you want to buy online, Amazon has a great price, with free shipping on orders over $25.
