I am on day 3 of phase 1 again... I am having horrible cravings. I know my body is detoxing. I am not really craving sugar though... I think it's just anxiety and I feel like snacking a whole lot.
Today I decided to have small snacks just so that I could eat more often (10-15 pistachios, cheese stick, 1/2 LC wedge, jello, spoonful of cool whip). I really think it's mental.
How many times a day can you snack? Does it affect me if I snack smaller but more often?
Also, what are the best Low Cal/Low Fat snacks (besides celery)?
I guess the only good part is that I have not cheated.
