Default turkey and dogs

Just a reminder--don't feed your dogs too much turkey, turkey gravy, or juice or fat. A little tid-bit won't hurt a big dog, but more than a little can make any dog really sick. I'm not a vet, but I wouldn't feed any to a small dog or puppy. I'm blanking on what it's called, but it's got a scary name because it's pretty scary.

If you're dog begins to vomit or has terrible runs after being "treated" too much of any rich food (sometimes kindly folks slipping him a treat can add up to disaster), call your vet asap.

But more importantly, don't let it happen.

Enjoy your holidays! Get those pups out to the park for a walk or a run!
