Default More of my pets...

The first one is of the capybaras when they were babies. I still have one of them and he is all grown up now @ 100#. The capybara is the worlds largest rodent. Next is some of my 200 guinea pigs, the just run loose and eat grass all day long. next is "Marbles" my zorse. He is a horse crossed with a zebra. Next is "Xena", one of my Great Pyrenees. She the smaller of the two @ 140#. And last is the mini mare and her colt.

oooh, I'm jealous!!! My kids would love to be your neighbours too! We're all animal lovers. Only have one cat though b/c husband is "sort of allergic" and it took a long time to win him over.

Wish I could live in the country and have a barn on my property that I could fill with critters!

I saw capybaras at a zoo in England, but I didnt know they could be kept as pets. How did you acquire them??

The first photo is of capybaras. I bought my first pair from a breeder in Louisianna, then I started raising them. One time a litter was born when it was real cold and 4 of the five babies died but I was able to save one. He became as attached to me as a puppy dog. I have him still, his name is Cranberry, I'll post his photo soon.
