mrsauge  We all have our weaknesses.

My latest craving has been ice cream. We have Braums here and I've already done my calorie count on one scoop of ice cream, so I feel safe to give into it almost every evening this week. Plus my family is enjoying this craving as well. ;) I know I could save money by buying it at the store but I know I wouldn't be able to stop at one cup of ice cream.

Still better than the 3 slices of pizza I just ate lol

I had a Butterfingers and a glass of milk for dinner.

I found the cravings to be absolutely horrific in 1st & 2nd trimester. Now that I'm approaching the end of 3rd trimester, they are gone.

Holy crap on a cracker m/s hit hard yesterday, with a bad bad headache and nausea. I was in bed for nearly 24 hours and couldn't even keep a popsicle down. Suddenly I feel better! It must have been like a migraine or something. Still no appetite but at least not throwing up, thank goodness.

It was kind of nice to hop on the scale and see 185, even though I know it's not real. lolol! Also I missed my first exercise class in two months today. That was sad. I almost tried to drag myself there anyway. But I'll make it tomorrow and all will be well. I just hope that headache doesn't come back.

I noticed the same thing but they have come back for one more round for the last month. Yes that's right one month form today is my due date. :D

Had a dr appt today, baby is doing great. He is really active! It actually hurts most of the day, much more than my first two pregnancies. I am a lot lighter than I was with the other two also, so maybe that has something to do with it?

2 weeks left! I'm getting really nervous now. I have so much to get done, it isn't even funny. :(

jahjah1223 04-24-2010 09:31 AM

You are so lucky!!! I'm also 30 pounds lighter than my past pregnancies and the kicking is really painfull this time around

mom4life 04-24-2010 05:34 PM

I've noticed the same thing too since I'm much light this time around. I feel his kicks and the smallest movement so much easier then with my others. I can still wear my wedding ring, something I couldn't do this far along. I think with my others I had to take it off at around my 4th month.
I haven't developed a waddle yet...yay! Though from my calculations I think I'll be close to the 40 lb mark by the end, which is so much better then the 60+ I normally gain.

hiya, back from hols..nightmare with the volcano going off but home now.
had a scan whilst out there and saw the little one bouncing around and doing flips etc..wow!
BUT! although i dont think that i ate that much ive put on a total of 6 lbs so far this trimester...is that OK? im terrified of having no control..that puts me up to 146lbs..i know its not alot but its happened very quickly!

Gale02 04-25-2010 11:13 PM

We get to find out tomorrow morning whether we're having a boy or a girl (assuming baby cooperates, of course!) :D

aangel22 04-26-2010 08:59 AM

mom4life: Depending on what time of the day it is, my wedding ring is still a bit loose. I always had to take it off by now, but I'm still wearing it. :) I have definitely developed a waddle. I didn't notice how bad it is until yesterday when I was at a friend's house. They have stepping stones and they aren't really close together. Usually it wouldn't be a problem, I have long legs and take long strides, but I could barely stretch far enough to make each step. I just walked beside it. :) I am definitely getting slower, but I can still run after my 19 month old if he is getting into trouble. ;)

One of my friends made me an awesome diaper cake. *I was trying to put the picture up, but it was sharing her whole facebook photo album and I don't feel right doing that. The cake has diapers, bibs, toys, washclothes, etc. It is so neat. :)

mom4life 04-26-2010 09:46 AM

The diaper cake sounds awesome! that was so nice of her to make that for you. :)
Yup for some reason I test taking it off when my finger is swollen. But then during the middle of the day its very loose.
I've noticed some waddling but its only when I've woken up wrong or I get round ligament pain, that's when I'm walking slower because of the pain. When I'm fine I still walk at my original speed. I was in pain yesterday and I did start thinking I was waddling but then I clued in on the pain. I couldn't finish my walk on the treadmill because of the pain. :(
I did a spa night with my 3 yo on Saturday. I had such a hard time giving myself a Pedi. LOL

I was on a weight loss journey when I found out the exciting but terrifying news lol. Since being pregnant I actually have not gained any weight!! :carrot:

I do have a question to see if any of you have experienced this.........Since being over weight I have a "upper tummy" and a "lower tummy" lol my "upper" is beginning to pop out first.........is this normal?? I know it takes a lot longer for bigger girls to show but there is def a difference between today and amonth ago lol and i havent gained anything. Anyone have any answers for me????:D

Gale02 04-26-2010 08:26 PM

We're having another BOY!! :D I'm super excited, I have such fun with my first.

There was nothing shy about this kid, he just stuck his parts out there for all of us to see. That's how a gender ultrasound is supposed to go, no questions. :)
