I'm new here
I'm Penelope (25), and my DB is Jeff (24). We are so thrilled to be expecting our second baby, due March 30. We lost our first baby at 12 weeks in February.
I'm a binge eater. A couple years ago, I had lost 40 pounds and kept it off, despite binge eating episodes. In January, when I went back to school, the binge eating got progressively worse, and eventually, I gained all the weight back. I'm still working to get the eating disorder under control. I've been referred to a psychiatrist who specializes in eating disorders, so I'm hoping that he might help point me in the right direction.
Before I got pregnant, I was a calorie counter. I'm not being strict about it right now, but rather eating healthy food when my body tells me that I need to. I'm focusing mainly on lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables, and complex carbs.
I haven't really experienced any cravings yet (I was craving icecream BEFORE I got pregnant

), but definitely a few aversions!
