Hi everyone... My fourth child, Everett, was born in April.. I'm breastfeeding him (although I've had supply issues with every child so far and this one is no different, so he's getting some formula while I work, and maybe a little now and then because he cries when he doesn't get enough milk... and I do let him nurse an extra 5 - 10 mins after emptying each breast...)..
I obviously don't want to hurt my supply any more than it is now!

IS there anything I should know about exercising while nursing? I'm going to be changing the way I eat (starting today!) to more healthy varieties so maybe that'll help too...
