For me personally I want to be healthy. I am healthy right now though fat...Very few women look pregnant during those first few months. Pretty much we all look like we have been gaining a few too many pounds! I lost quite a few lbs when I was pregnant with my first just by changing my diet to healthier foods and walking every other day. If I decide to go ahead and try to get pregnant then I will do the same thing. Be healthy for the baby. And forget about the scale. Put the dadgum thing away

Instead I'll just be healthy...eat, sleep, drink, and exercise healthy! Just so long as you aren't like my cousin who used the excuse of being pregnant to eat 3 quarts of mint chocolate chip icecream in one day. She has always watched her weight and when she got pregnant she used it as an exuse, well I'm pregnant I can eat whatever I want. And she did....poor think looked unhealthy! Most women do not do that...nor should they!
