I have about 45 over all to lose. but 20 would be great!

So i can say I did everything i could to have a child..
So I would love all the support i can get..

Right now I do basically no excerise , except work out with 5 lb hand weights.
most of my weight is in my mid section.
I know to drink more water, less carbs. I just need help .. keeping me on track!

Peanut,

You might want to start counting calories just to get a feel for how many calories you are consuming. Just "trying to eat less carbs" may not be doing it for you. The other thing you may try is looking into a formal diet plan, like South Beach.

I'd also highly recommend regular exercise. Walking? Exercise videos? A gym you can use? Regular exercise, rather than sporadic, will help you lose weight.

There are some great groups on this site dedicated to specific things like exercising and specific type of eating plans. You may just need to find something that works for you.
