I am feeling better today, thanks. Lastnight at work went a lot better. I swear with PCOS and having AF here I feel like I'm riding a gigantic EMOTIONAL & HORMONAL rollarcoaster at times!!!!!!!! I'm sure at one time or another we've all been there! lol.

Good Morning,

I am freezing today. I woke up with the chills. I have the furnace going full blast.... But, I am still cold. Hopefully I will warm up soon. It got down to 30 last night. I miss the winters in SE Texas. They were more like fall here in Kentucky.

Vanessa~ I am glad you are finding the support helpful, too.

Sassy~ Glad work was better last night. I know AF can be a pain...but I still want it!! LOL.

Yeah I think your right its been about two weeks now, but like I mentioned earlier, I haven't had her visit in months, so we all know how that goes.....I just hope she goes soon and it doesn't turn into an "Extended Stay". lol. So far she has lightened up a lot, but we all know that doesn't mean anything, she can decide to come back in full force at any given time...........

Hope your AF comes and visits you when planned.

Well, last week was a crazy week. My emotions have been rapidly cycling for some reason this week. My dh keeps asking me if I am craving pickles... but I just think it is a really early case of bad, bad PMS.

(My usual days off) So I plan on cleaning, cleaning, and yup more cleaning, then we have to go stop by the Y and I need to get back to working out! Then we are to go and see our friend's new house he is in the middle of buying! Then Wed hopefully we can just CRASH!!!!!!!!! lolllllll.

Hey girls! I'm down another pound! I've been walking my butt off and it seems to be working. I'm lucky my little brother will walk with me as long as I want at night. We walked four miles last night!
What do you guys do for exercise? Does anything specific work for you all?

Well done on the 1lb and i know what you mean i drag my mum out with me lol. I walk ,dancemat , aerobics once a week at the mo and my hubby has ordered me a ab roller so i should get that within the next few days so combined i hope that it all helps and i will get a flatter stomach in the process.
