Default PCOS Chat Feb 2005
Happy February! Before you know it, Spring will be here! Does anybody have any Spring Goals? When March 21st comes, I want to look back on my calendar and see that I've exercised 6 out of 7 days consistently from now until then.


Noodles is still away some while she recuperates. Happy Healing, Noodles!

wow, where is everyone? i've been AWOL for a while ...i had to sound dramatic and whiny but i've been going through a lot of emotional crap...

...on another note i think i have a hernia i'm going to the doctor tomorrow to have it looked at, but i'm depressed cause i know the only way to fix a hernia is surgery...have any of you guys had a hernia or have stories of them? positive ones would be appreciated cause i'm really nervois....
