Go fit band is like the body bugg but WAY cheaper. so therefore better LOL.. I was going to get a fit bit but I like that the go fit wear measures your sleep patterns and stuff.

Dont even start on the plank!!! i hate it but Ive gotten my time up to a whole... (drum roll please) 20 seconds.. Im in a bootcamp with a lady who held for 2 min 20 sec.. Im going to beat her time.. :)

Lazy day results

Calories out (i wore my band for 22 hours): 3014cals (target was 3175) not bad for a lazy day
Calories in: 1895
Activity: 43 mins ( i cleaned for 45 min but sat down to clean the table lol)
Steps taken: 3184 (totally not joking about lazyyy)
Sleep: i slept for 9h 43 min lol and my Sleep Efficiency was 79% (you can actually see what time you woke up through the night!

Its really freaking cool to see all the numbers right there.!! i didn't think id like it but Im in love with being able to see everything!! It also is motivating to try and get more activity and many more steps :)

Wow...that fit band sounds amazing...Judging by the fact that it only offered the US, UK, Canada, and Australia as options in the "where are you now?" dialogue box that popped up, they probably don't ship to Japan, but what a useful-sounding doohickey! (Yes, I'm 23 and completely inept at technology...don't laugh too hard.)

there are ways around it ... if u have family in Canada or the states u send it to them... then they send it to you :)

MFP is my addiction!! Same S/N if ya wanna add me 

What are you hoping your MD will do/give you?

Added you! I am PghCLTGal on MFP.

More than anything else, I'd like to GET A DIAGNOSIS, to make it official. :)

Long story, but I had an ovarian cyst the size of a cantaloupe laparoscopically removed this last December. I had been missing periods for years and have all of the other symptoms as well. I still have the symptoms, even six months after the cyst was removed. The ob/gyn who did my surgery was, to be frank, a jacka$$ and apparently was not curious as to if I had abnormal ovaries or not. Anyway, it's six months later and although I am getting relatively regular periods, I am losing massive amounts of hair, have acne, chin hairs, the whole nine yards. At this point, I'd just like to do whatever testing needs to be done and treat it accordingly.

Sorry for the long-winded response. All of this PCOS business is complicated. LOL

Hope you get your Dx even though it may be bitter sweet. Are any labs schedualed?

Just wanted to pop in and encourage the challengers! :cheer:

I'm not up for it this month -- got a lot going on. I love my fitbit and just trying to remember to keep it ON is my challege. LOL.

But I love to cheer other people on in the PCOS fight! Remember you might have PCOS but it does NOT have to have YOU! :carrot:

I still have to make the appointment. LOL So ... no, not yet. :)

Things at work have been beyond crazy. I'm hoping to get to the doc the week after next.

I'm SOOOO sick of my scale ... ready to throw it out the window. I keep fighting with the same 5 pounds and it's driving me crazy. Granted, I am not doing the best I can every day, and there are days when I absolutely go crazy. So I guess I'm doing it to myself. LOL Just venting anyway. :)
