Ok Heres what I posted so far over in the main exercise forum...I will begin tracking minutes as the rest of you do from now on

Ok, no laughing at my tiny amount of exercise please, I am almost 2 weeks post op from having a hysterectomy so I am having to start out very slowly and will have to keep it pretty light for quite some time until I am fully healed. 2/1: 30 min slow walk around the neighborhood
2/2: 2 1/2 laps around the high school track
2/3: 3 mile walk
2/4: 3 laps around high school track
2/5: Walked on treadmill 1 mile (feeling pain and soreness today think I overdid it with my 3 mile walk the other day)
UGH! no exercise for the 6th (my birthday so I took it off) then Today out of nowhere I am having a lot of pain again. Maybe it's just internal healing going on. I plan on walking tomorrow though. If I post it here it holds me accountable
2/8: 5 laps around the playground loop at my apartments. (appx 3/4 mile) , and a 15 minute walk. Still not feeling well Think I am fighting off a cold I am exhausted!
2/9: 27 minutes (4 laps around school track)
