Default Anyone doing the Low GI diet?

If so how has your experience been so far? Did you start with baby steps as far as replacing certain foods or did you just change everything at the same time? And how much weight have you lost or how do you feel over all. I'm interested in starting this meal plan and just looking for some advice. Thanks everyone!

I'm not on an official low GI plan, but that is essentially what I'm doing.

In my case, I've lost about 22 lbs since I started. But it's taken 15 months to lose that much.

Yep.

Energy wise I noticed improvements right away. Same with bowel movements.

But weight loss? For me that is still a calorie level thing. It doesn't much matter what the heck I'm eating, it still needs to be near the 1800 area with exercise or nothing budges.

I like the Helen Foster book the best because it is colorful and straight to the point. It's been put out several times under various covers/titles. Here is one:
