Smile Update
Hello Ladies
Just want to update you all on my situation....I went to the Dr. today...she is convinced it's just the pill I'm on that is giving me all this ageda. So I'm switching...I have a full "well Woman Exam" next month, so I'll have more tests done then....
I feel relieved for now....

Good to hear it, PJ! Fingers are crossed for the exam. Hopefully the change in pills will have it all taken care of.

Welcome to the board, Toryah! Are you following a specific low carb plan, or just 'low carbing' in general?

Jennifer 3FC...I am following The new high Protine Diet by professor charles clark but really just using the book for idea's and not following the food plan, just doing it my own way really
