I would certainly discuss all your symptoms with doc and ensure thorough lab work is done just to give you a baseline and rule out (or diagnose) Insulin Resistance, these two often go hand in hand. I'm sure your doc will check them all but I personally like to monitor thryoid and liver function, cholesterol, as well as A1c level. If you are treated for PCOS, decide if you want to aggressively treat with medications such as metformin or spironolactone which are commonly prescribed, or if you want to do things like increasing exercise and improving your diet, or both, or something entirely different! Everybody is different and something that works great for one, won't for another, so don't be afraid to ask questions and give "personal" info to your doc. Keep in mind this is NOT medical advice, just my 2 cents worth! Hope everything works out for you! Keep us posted
